* Professionalism - We understand that we are working with potentially dangerous chemicals. We know the risks to ourselves and our customers. Therefore, we take the precautions necessary to reduce the risks and to make sure that the pesticides are used in a manner consistent with their labelling.

* Honesty - Our employees are carefully selected for their honesty and integrity. We do not tolerate lying, cheating, theft or profanity by our employees.

* Respect - We treat our customers with respect. (However, our technicians have the right to refuse to treat the building of any customer who is drunk, disorderly or argumentative. Our technicians also have the right not to enter any dangerous situation [faulty stairs, vicious dog, etc.].)
